The Barnes 300-grain TSX bullet was deliberately produced with a semi-spitzer style ogive and a cannelure positioned to load the cartridge to a COAL of 3.210”. This exceeds SAAMI specs in order to maximize case capacity and take advantage of the improved ballistic performance the bullet’s semi-spitzer ogive offers. *Recommend crimping case mouth into the front cannelure groove.
